First Ten Amendments?!?!

Recently I asked my students what the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution were called and didn't receive any answers, so I challenged them to go home that evening and see if they could find out. I had about 8 students that came back in with the correct answer...they were quite surprised when they realized the answer was right in their very own Social Studies textbook.
So I challenge you all....do you know what the name is for the first Ten Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.....
Yes, that is correct....The Bill of Rights!
Hope you enjoyed your little U.S. History tidbit for today!

All 5th graders must complete a Science Fair Project and all projects (as you will see on the front page of the packet) are due December 1st. That date may seem like a long way away, but it is not. We have due dates (or check-points) starting next week.
Please do not wait until the last minute for this type of project and please let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns!
